I met Rob at the Wildwood boat show and knew I didn't need to keep looking for my new boat. I worked with Rob to spec out a new Tidewater Baymax 2110 with all the bells and whistles. He was actually the voice of reason and talked me out of some of the options. He ordered the boat to our specifications, and when it arrived he finished the rigging to my specifications and gave me the opportunity to review the templates for chartplotter and trolling motor before they drilled the first hole. We did a sea trial in the Cape May canal and Richie spent a lot of time with me going over every feature and option until I was comfortable with the boat. I actually got the feeling that they were truly proud of what was built and the end product, of which I couldn't be happier with. Rob, Jill and Richie were fantastic.

Rob, and his staff did an amazing job, Replaced a Yamaha F150 and repowered with a New Suzuki 150, along with installation of new electronics and rebuilt the dash. Replaced all lighting with LED lights. From my first telephone call inquiring about engine replacement through delivery of the boat back to me. They have been top notch, explained all options and gave their opinion on what they thought would be best, but allowed me to make the decisions. Could not be happier with customer service, and quality of work.

Rob and his team are top notch. They installed a trolling motor on my boat last year and the workmanship was perfect. Fast forward 1 year, I had a small issue with the charger. Rob accommodated me right away on short notice. His guy Rich worked in the cold to diagnose and repair the issue the same day. I highly recommend them for sales and service!

We had Bluewater complete a pre-purchase motor inspection on a boat we have under contract. I chose them over several other companies because of their responsiveness and thoroughness of their inspection process. The technician showed up at the boat right on time, was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with all my questions and concerns. He went above and beyond with documenting findings and made sure to explain them in a way that I could understand. The next morning I received a full report as promised. I had some further concerns on performance of the motors as compared to published data so the owner Rob took it upon himself to go on a separate Sea Trial the following day after some service items were addressed to make sure all was up to par. Rob even called me from the sea trial to report his findings and make sure I was satisfied. I could not be more satisfied with Bluewater and their entire team. We have had many boats inspected and none have come even close to comparing. I highly recommend Bluewater. Thank you and very appreciated.

All I can say is wow,dropped my boat off had major loss of power....these guys clean filter and injectors and serviced my motor like it was supposed to be being done my my old mechanic but wasnt....come to find out I had boat for 2 years and it wasnt running right the whole time.....I put it in water today and the mofo like to launch me out of it took of like a rocket.....I thank you guys so much....Dont waste your time with other guys just take it to Rob

I was told that they would service my motor and have it ready in a week, and the work was completed in the week. Rob explained the problem and the fix, and only did the work that was needed. Blue Water Boats is highly recommended.

We bought a new center console from Rob in 2016. That was a good experience, with Rob delivering the boat and schooling me in its operation. A couple years later it developed a couple issues that were obvious manufacturing flaws. The first issue Rob made right as much as he could, out of pocket. The next problems, also manufacturing issues, were denied by the manufacturer initially leaving me feeling helpless and angry, as I only had 65 hours on the boat and was now living in Florida. Rob went to bat for me with them and they made good on the repairs. I cannot say enough about Rob Haines and Blue Water Boats and their commitment to customer service.

I recently bought a used Grady White from a seller nearby. Being in California it wasn't practical for me to see the boat through the process of surveying and repairs. Rob at Blue Water did some repairs for the seller but also did a great job communicating with me as the potential buyer. He inspected the boat, did an engine diagnostics report, made repairs, took me on a water test of the boat, fitted a trailer for it and stored it while I waited for the shipper. He sent me photos throughout and answered all my cross country questions and concerns. I can't say enough about his honesty and integrity through the month long process and all his work was top notch. He went above and beyond and it's good to see there are still people like Rob out there who earn trust the old fashioned way through hard work and honesty.
